Abdominal Pain in a Preschooler

A 3-year-old boy without a significant medical history presents to the emergency department with abdominal pain. Abdominal radiographs and an abdominal ultrasound are obtained. A left lateral decubitus radiograph of the abdomen is also obtained, revealing no free air.
