High testosterone in postmenopausal women may add CVD risk


 

In postmenopausal women, a higher level of testosterone compared with estrogen may increase cardiovascular risk later in life. Also today, renal denervation as a treatment for hypertension may be rebounding, psoriatic arthritis has effects beyond just physical, and opioids are still being overprescribed for postoperative pain management.
