Dr. Uphold is a research health scientist at the Rehabilitation Outcomes Research Center (RORC) and the associate director of implementation and outcomes research at the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC), North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS), Gainseville, Florida. Ms. Findley is a research nurse; Ms. Wing is the public affairs specialist and webmaster; Dr. Freytes is a visual information specialist; and Ms. Knauff is a visual information specialist, all at the NF/SGVHS RORC. Dr. Shorr is the director of the NF/SGVHS GRECC and a professor in geriatric medicine at the University of Florida, Gainseville. Dr. Rodriguez is the chief of pulmonary medicine at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Whittle is a physician researcher at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Beyth is a physician researcher at the NF/SGVHS GRECC and is a physician in internal medicine at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
