New AGA guideline: Management of pancreatic cysts

A new AGA guideline provides direction to GIs and their patients with pancreatic cysts identified during abdominal imaging. The guideline recommends that most patients with asymptomatic pancreatic cysts should be conservatively monitored with a longer surveillance period and more consideration of risks and benefits to patients before moving to surgery.
