Dr. DuPont is the first director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the second White House drug chief, founding president of the Institute for Behavior and Health in Rockville, Md., and author of “Chemical Slavery: Understanding Addiction and Stopping the Drug Epidemic” (Create Space Independent Publishing Platform), 2018.
