Public Reacts to Supreme Court ACA Ruling


 

The U.S. Supreme Court, in a 5-4 ruling, upheld the constitutionality of most provisions of the Affordable Care Act on June 28. Democrats claimed victory while Republicans resolved to repeal the law in Congress and use the justice's comments as ammunition against President Obama in the coming election.
