HCC rates slow in cities, continue to climb in rural areas

Major finding: The average annual percentage change in hepatocellular carcinoma incidence was a steady 5.7% in rural areas.

Study details: Analysis of cancer registry data on 310,635 hepatocellular carcinoma cases from 1995 to 2016.
