According to Dr. Linos, dermatology is one of the least diverse medical specialties, and therefore supporting diversity must be an explicit goal. She discusses the benefits of diversity in improving patient care and reducing health disparities. She also emphasizes the importance of diversity in education and leadership to inspire the next generation of dermatologists and leaders in the field.
