Infographic: Skin Cancer Stats in Hispanic Patients

Hispanic patients with melanoma present with thicker tumors, at later stages of disease, distant metastases, and have lower survival rates compared to non-Hispanic white patients. As a result, there is a need for increased education about skin cancer and the signs/symptoms of melanoma. This infographic provides skin cancer statistics specific to Hispanics to emphasize the impact of melanoma on this patient population.
