Analysis of Gene Alterations in Patients with Advanced Prostate Cancer

Key clinical point: Characterization of the androgen receptor-gene landscape and gene alterations provides potential insight into the somatic genetic heterogeneity of advanced prostate cancer.

Major finding: A total of 112 androgen-receptor gene mutations were identified in patients with advanced prostate cancer.

Study details: A total of 892 patients that underwent Guardant360 testing with advanced prostate cancer were included. Androgen-reception gene mutations were identified in circulating tumor DNA after the testing of 54 to 73 genes.

Disclosures: None reported.
