Vulvar melanoma is increasing in older women

Major finding: The incidence of vulvar melanoma in women aged over 60 years climbed by 2.2% per year during a recent 16-year period.

Study details: This was a population-based analysis of national Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results data on vulvar melanoma for the years 2000-2016.
