Key clinical point: A small case series suggests a clonal relationship exists between diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome.

Major finding: After fragment analysis, matching clonal gene rearrangement patterns were found in 5 of 6 tumor pairs, despite varying localization of both lymphomas in these cases.

Study details: A retrospective case series of 6 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome and both DLBCL and MZL.

Disclosures: No funding sources were reported. The authors reported having no conflicts of interest.
