Novel Chromogenic Assay Accurate in Hemophilia A Diagnosis

Key clinical point: A novel diagnostic assay demonstrated limited variation in measuring clotting factor levels in patients with hemophilia A.

Major finding: The inter‐assay and intra‐assay coefficient of variation were less than 6%.

Study details: The study comprised 60 patients with hemophilia A of any severity and 120 healthy controls.
