Rare case of nasal cavity mantle cell lymphoma reported

Key clinical point: The clinical features at presentation were nasal obstruction, unilateral and progressive epistaxis, hyposmia, and nasal swelling or mass.

Major finding: Histopathology and immuno-histochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of MCL.

Study details: A CT scan of face and neck and biopsy taken from the nasal mass were examined; histopathology and immuno-histochemistry were performed.
