Higher death rate seen in cancer patients with nosocomial COVID-19

Key clinical point: Cancer patients with nosocomial COVID-19 had more than double the mortality rate of cancer patients with community-acquired COVID-19.

Major finding: The all-cause mortality rate was 47% in patients with nosocomial COVID-19 and 23% in those with community-acquired COVID-19.
