Psychosocial resilience associated with better cardiovascular health in Blacks

Key clinical point: In Black patients, higher individual scores of psychosocial resilience predict improved cardiovascular health.

Major finding: After adjustment, the correlation between psychosocial resilience and Life’s Simple 7 (LS7) scores were highly significant (P = .001).
