Study details: The data come from a cohort study of 8,509 mother/newborn pairs from a single center.

Disclosures: The Boston Birth Cohort study is supported in part by grants from the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. None of the authors had financial conflicts to disclose.
