ACS disagrees with CDC on HPV vaccination in adults

Key clinical point: The American Cancer Society endorsed two of the three main recommendations on human papillomavirus vaccination made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Major finding: The ACS did not endorse the CDC recommendation for shared clinical decision-making regarding human papillomavirus vaccination in adults aged 27-45 years.
