Disclosures: The study was supported by the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Services (Canada). Lead author Dr. Kuenzig received a postdoctoral fellowship award from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Canadian Association of Gastroenterology, and Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.
